Sinfonia Concertante
A dazzling triple concerto composed by Ronald Royer for the Gryphon Trio
This was an exciting and unique project to be a part of. In a certain sense I was the arranger of the piano part - taking the sketches from Ron and transforming them into virtuosic piano writing. It was interesting, the give and take that resulted as the revised piano parts would inspire changes in the string parts or the orchestra, and back and forth.
